Last week we took a group of students to King's College, London next to Guy's Hospital as part of the Scholars Society (Brilliant Club) for their Graduation. It was a glorious day in central London where students had a tour, asked lots of questions about uni and student life and then graduated with Firsts for their essays. Well done to all of your students for their hardwork and dedication. The Brilliant Club#BrilliantClub#ScholarsSociety#kingscollegelondon#graduation... See MoreSee Less
Today we welcomed debut author Steve Blackman talking about his incredibly current and relatable sci-fi action book called Zero Override that came out last Thursday. Students were treated to a presentation on his books but also delving into robots and AI. They also programmed a staff member to draw at smiley face. A brilliant morning despite the warm weather it was great. Thank you to Scholastic UK for coming to our school. #authorvisit#Year7#NationalYearOfReading#readingforpleasure... See MoreSee Less
