😔 We’re sorry to update you with a sad piece of news this evening in the form of a message from Shelley Fletcher.✉️ “Hello All, I'm sorry to be writing this but I need to share some upsetting news. Many of you will remember Cameron Wakefield Hirst from Horizons.I'm sorry to have to inform you that unfortunately Cameron has sadly passed away last weekend whilst in hospital. This was very unexpected, and our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this very difficult time. Cameron was an amazing young man with a great sense of humour, was always up for a party, a real zest for life and loved all things parrots. Cameron brought joy to people around him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
