Year 6 Netball TournamentLast Monday our Year 6 Netball team went out to represent the school in the city netball tournament. They made a great start winning all four of their league games, conceding no points and scoring 17! This saw us qualify top of our league, where we played in the gold medal knockouts. We won 5-4 in the semi final but unfortunately lost 2-0 in the final, securing silver medals and a spot in the county final! 🥈 ... See MoreSee Less

After some tough matches in our league, the team finished in 5th place and entered the bronze medal league. Year 6 BadmintonThis year we took the most teams we ever have to the badminton tournament, with 16 children representing us. They competed over four weeks, and all won plenty of matches in their leagues. Our C & D team finished third in their groups, narrowly missing out on the finals night, our A team won their league and our B team came second. In the finals night, our B team won their quarter final and finished 4th in the city. The A team managed to win all their matches meaning they became city champions! The children got to try lots of different events such as indoor archery, indoor curling and some team challenges.
