CRuNCH charity is looking for volunteers!CRuNCH runs a programme called Cook5 in secondary schools around Bristol, including Ashton Park. The idea is simple: every teenager should leave school able to cook 5 healthy meals from scratch, using whole foods. With so many shiny adverts for ultra-processed food out there, we think this matters.Cook5 is free for schools and students, so every teenager can take part, whatever their family’s budget.Our volunteers come into school to help students cook one new recipe each week, for 5 weeks. You don’t need any cooking or teaching experience - we provide all necessary training. Sessions take around 2 hours including travel and packing down, and at Ashton Park they run on Tuesdays at 15:15.
