6/6 Superb running from our students in Year 7 to Year 10 who have taken part in cross country events this month, including our Yorkshire Qualifiers Eli, Olivia and Amelia. Standout performances despite some very tough competition.
5/6 We have been so impressed by all the pupils who took part in the BWCAT TTRS competition. Across the 11 Primary Schools, we had a total of over 2.1 million correctly answered questions!
Huge well done to everyone who participated!
4/6 A number of our classes attempted the GCHQ Christmas challenge. We had a huge number of pupils successfully completing the challenge! Well done to all who participated, and particularly those who completed it. We are very impressed with your Problem Solving skills!
3/6 Our NerdSoc Society completed scientific investigations into Christmas chocolates - with Blind tasting required of course!
2/6 Our advent service was held at Leeds Trinity University and provided a lovely backdrop for readings, prayer and music provided by our students and Primary pupils from across the trust, and including a joint performance with our partner school in Africa.

In Year 12 Mechanics lessons today, students were using chocolate, wood and string to develop their understanding of Moments. A huge thanks to Simon Riley of @Advanced_Maths for delivering such an engaging lesson to support and develop their understanding
Lots of creative problem solving today with our pupils undertaking problems from the Leeds University Maths Roadshow. We are so impressed with their resilience and determination to get to the right answer with the support of our Year 12 students. Well done!
